Privacy Policy

Who we are
NeoPriva is an EU-based team building privacy-first tooling. You can reach us at info@neopriva.com for any questions about this policy or how we handle your data.
What this policy covers
This Policy applies to the marketing site at neopriva.com. The NeoPriva product service has not yet launched, so the data flows described here are limited to waitlist signups and contact-form submissions. When the product launches, we will publish a separate product privacy notice.
What we collect
We only collect what we need to operate the site and respond to you:
- Waitlist: your email address.
- Contact form: your name, email, optional company name, and the contents of your message.
- Abuse prevention: your IP address and User-Agent string, used to detect and rate-limit automated abuse.
Why we collect
- To notify you when the beta opens and to share related product updates you signed up for.
- To respond to inquiries you send through the contact form.
- To prevent abuse, spam, and automated submissions.
Legal basis (GDPR)
We rely on the following legal bases under the GDPR:
- Consent for waitlist signup and contact-form submissions. You provide this when you submit the relevant form.
- Legitimate interest for abuse prevention, including rate limiting and bot-defence measures such as Cloudflare Turnstile.
Who has access
Access is limited to the NeoPriva team. We use the following processors to operate the site:
- Resend — transactional email delivery.
- Cloudflare Turnstile — bot protection on forms.
- Upstash — rate-limit storage.
- Vercel — hosting and first-party, cookieless analytics.
Retention
- Waitlist emails are kept until you ask us to remove them.
- Contact-form submissions are kept for up to 24 months and then deleted.
Your rights (GDPR)
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection, and restriction of processing of your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, email info@neopriva.com. We will respond within the timeframes required by law.
Cookies and tracking
We do not use third-party trackers or advertising cookies. Vercel Analytics is first-party and cookieless, and aggregates anonymised page-view data only.
Cross-border transfers
Data is processed and stored within the European Union.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the site or by email if you are on the waitlist.
