Pre-beta marketing site

This site is a pre-launch marketing page for NeoPriva. No paid service is being offered yet. Signing up for the waitlist does not guarantee access to the beta, a fixed launch date, or any particular set of features.

Eligibility

Users in the EU/EEA must be at least 16 years old. Users elsewhere must be at least 13 years old, or the applicable local minimum age, whichever is higher. By submitting any form on this site, you confirm you meet these requirements.

Acceptable use

When using this site, you agree not to:

Abuse, disrupt, or attempt to compromise the site or its infrastructure.
Scrape, harvest, or otherwise extract data through automated means.
Circumvent or attempt to circumvent rate-limiting or bot-protection measures.
Submit false signups, impersonate others, or sign others up without their consent.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Slovenia and applicable EU law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved by the competent courts of Ljubljana, Slovenia. (Counsel may revise.)

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
